For this service, a CMD Recruitment Consultant has the position exclusively. This option allows the consultant to exercise time in delivering the highest quality of candidates and qualification process; and as a result, the clients get a better-quality hire at the end of the process.

Exclusive recruitment also prevents the same candidate from being called by numerous recruiters for the same position, enhancing the employer brand. Your Recruitment Consultant represents your company. Using an exclusive service allows you to control that image.
For exclusive recruitment, you only pay upon the success of a placement. Most of our Recruitment Consultants are also willing to discount their fee on an exclusive service.
For this service, the Client works with multiple Recruitment Agencies. Working with several Recruitment Agencies gives a quick result and the ability to tap into a wider pool of candidates. Unlike exclusive recruitment, where a client will receive a fine-tuned, tailored shortlist from one agency, contingent recruitment still requires the client to sift CV’s inhouse as they are likely to receive higher quantity and duplicated candidates from multiple agencies.

Retained recruitment is done on a pay as you go service. It is broken into three parts. First, a percentage of the expected fee upfront. Second, a percentage paid when the shortlist is produced and the third final balance upon successful placement. Should the client cancel the recruitment, the first two instalments are non-refundable.
Retained recruitment gives your CMD Recruitment Consultant time to thoroughly headhunt passive candidates alongside searching active databases. We create a strong working relationship with our clients to ensure we source the highest-calibre candidates to match your requirements and brand – working together to produce the outcome required.
Our Temps are more than emergency cover for our Clients, they are the lifeblood for many organisations and present an effective way to access skilled workers instantly. At CMD, we have a consistent supply of qualified temporary workers on our books, who are efficient in delivering quality work in a wide range of sectors, within Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. CMD will take care of all the administration and the details, so you can benefit from a fast turnaround.
