JOB TITLE: Telesales Executive (Business to Business Sales)
HOURLY RATE: £10.00ph + uncapped commission
LOCATION: Bradford on Avon
HOURS: 36 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9am to 4.00pm
JOB TYPE: Temp, Temp to Perm and Perm opportunities available

I am excited to be recruiting again for one of my fantastic clients in Bradford on Avon. All the services they provide involve outbound business to business telephone calling and working on projects for global IT companies.
Due to continued growth they are looking to add to their existing sales team and are seeking confident people with a flair for sales. You don't need years of experience as full training will be provided. All you need is a positive approach to work, the ability to communicate with customers effectively and some experience of working in a customer focused sales environment or working to targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To undertake outbound telesales activity with customers/prospects
  • Your focus will be on generating leads and appointments on behalf of client companies in the IT sector
  • Confirming client's details are accurate
  • To continually update and cleanse the database with key information as directed
  • Generating new business relationships with potential clients
  • Hit set targets

Ideal Candidate:
The role would suit someone who is confident in making outbound calls and providing outstanding customer service. This role would also suit someone who is confident working towards sales targets and who wants to be financially rewarded for their hard work. They would also ideally like someone who is:

  • Ambitious, proactive and who enjoys working within an ever changing fast paced environment
