Are you passionate about sustainable building design and want to join a leading independent sustainability and engineering consultancy?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant & BREEAM Assessor to join our growing Energy and Sustainability team. Working closely with our M&E and Building Physics team, you will be based at our head office in Swindon with easy access to surrounding towns and Villages across Wiltshire and the beautiful countryside in adjoining Counties such as the Cotswolds.

There will also be the opportunity to work in our Bristol office in the near future.

Everyone in the team of highly trained professionals is involved in some or all of the below:

* BREEAM advice and assessment

* Preparing energy and sustainability statements

* SAP and/or SBEM calculations

* IMPACT materials, LCA using eTool or One Click

* Post Occupancy Evaluation

* BREEAM AP / on-site assistance to contractors

* SKA

* HQM

Who are we looking for?

The role requires careful attention to detail and we are looking for a focused person. You must be interested in the built environment and have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ideally, we are looking for a qualified BREEAM assessor in (either New Construction or RFO), or for someone with experience of SAP.

You must have a willingness to learn new things, put forward new ideas and deliver an excellent service to clients at all times and good attention to detail

Experience in some or all of the above would be great. Salary is highly competitive and will increase rapidly with experience.
