My client, who is a highly established niche market company is looking for a Secretarial Assistant to join their team as they undergo an exciting period of growth. You will be working within the beautiful town of Devizes, to provide a full and comprehensive administrative service.
- Preparation of confidential correspondence and reports
- Inputting and retrieval of data
- Diary management
- Accurate record keeping
- Varied office and organisational tasks.
- Previous experience of working within a busy secretarial/administrative role is essential
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook Excel
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be able to manage competing demands and organise your work effectively to work to deadlines. You should be confident across all aspects of your work and demonstrate tact and diplomacy. Good communication skills are essential.
