Sales Call Handler

Do you have previous customer service experience? Are you passionate about providing first class service? Are you looking for a permanent position?

Due to our client's continued success we are currently recruiting for highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Call Handers to join their vibrant and rapidly growing team based in central Bath

This role involves taking and making calls to existing customers so previous customer service and / or sales experience - either within a Call Centre or a retail environment - is desirable.

To be considered for the role you must have an excellent telephone manner, good IT skills and most importantly, will display outstanding customer service as well as being highly motivated, professional and a real "people person".

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career with full training provided. In addition to comprehensive induction and training, you will be given on-going support and plenty of encouragement to ensure you progress and succeed as a Sales Call Handler.

Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm Mon - Friday, however you will be expected to work 2 days a week from 11.30am - 8pm and 1 Saturday or Sunday in 3

This is a permanent full-time position.
