Sales and Retention Executive
Working on a weekly rotation shift basis; 08.00 - 16.30, 09.30 - 18.00, 10.30 - 19.00 and working Saturday - 10.00 - 13.00 (1 Sat 6/7)
£21000 + up to £5K OTE

Working as a Sales and Retention Executive you will be responsible for the on boarding of customers wanting to receive their electricity and gas supply from our client. You will receive incoming enquiries and emails through the sales line and enquiries inbox, following up on web forms generated by the website. Key duties will include:
- Convert inbound phone enquiries into customers according to agreed department processes and deliver to maximise sales conversion rates and KPI's.
- Outbound call existing customers to convert to another product or additional service.
- Manage and respond to inbound email enquiries.
- Ensure all sales conversion targets are achieved against KPIs and SLA's
The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in a Sales role with the ability to handle a large number of leads. You will be an exceptional communicator both verbally as well as in writing with the ability to cope well under pressure.
