  • You will lead on the delivery of regeneration projects, agreed as part of the Association objectives for regeneration of its housing portfolio. Regeneration can take a variety of forms from the complete refurbishment of a block of flats to realise the opportunity for better quality accommodation to the demolition redevelopment of a site for new homes for rent and sale
  • You will work with colleagues across the association to manage the delivery of development and regeneration schemes. Projects of this nature involve a range disciplines and consultation, you will be required to work with stakeholders, professional consultants and our customers to deliver a successful outcome
  • Prepare project programme, financial appraisals, cashflow forecasting, sensitivity analysis and updated cost estimates on proposed scheme and those that we are in development. Including the purchase and transfer of property or land assets.
  • You will undertake site inspections, collating background information, appoint and manage consultant services for undertaking feasibility studies
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies including risk management, health and safety, confidentiality, data protection, contract management and codes of conduct in relation to Development functions. Manage the operational health and safety of responsible teams.

Experience required:

  • A track record of operating on a commercial basis.
  • Evidence of managing and developing housing schemes from inception to completion.
  • Proven success in managing multiple large-scale projects.
  • Delivering results in a high-pressure environment with conflicting priorities. * Budget management
  • A solid track record in Risk Management.
  • Contract and contractor management.
  • Leading and managing individuals in a coaching culture
  • Working within a performance management framework, demonstrating an outcomes based approach.
  • People & team management.
  • Awareness of delivering value for money.
