The role is home based as all roles are currently due to the pandemic and it is envisaged will be until at least March 2021. This role will continue to be home based on an ongoing basis as it supports learners across the whole of the UK who are predominantly studying leadership and management courses, coaching and customer service qualifications. There will be a requirement to travel to Cheshire for meetings on an occasional basis about onece or twice a week.
- The Head of Quality, Safeguarding, Prevent and Wellbeing is a dual role that will support the Corportate Services Director by implementing and maintaining Quality Standards across the business, drive quality and performance and ensure that all elements of Safeguarding and Prevent are in line with Ofsted regulations and requirements.
- You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the Safeguarding and Prevent agenda, maintaining staff, employer, sub-contractor and learner professional competence You will develop and maintain a Safeguarding Action Plan and Prevent Risk Regeister to identify any business gaps and good procatice/development in line with Ofsted regulations as well as designing , coordinating and deliver ng Safeguarding and Prevent training to staff, employers, sub-contractors and learners on a regular basis
- Monitor quality and performance through robust M.I. including gathering SAR data and effective IQA
