Public Service Vehicle Trainer
Northampton area ( with travel )
Full time 37.5 hours per week
£ 26000 to £ 30000 per year
CMD Recruitment is working with a national training provider on a transport contract.
This role will suit a trainer or a mentor who is looking to move into the apprenticeship arena and become a trained assessor.
The ideal candidate will have :
2 to 5 years' experience of driving a public service vehicle ( a bus in service )
Level 2 ( GCSE level ) Maths and English
Ideally you will have some training experience but it is not essential as training is available
An assessor qualification is a distinct advantage ( A1 or TAQA or equivalent ) but again is not essential
- You will be responsible for maintaining an effective caseload of learners through their apprenticeship journey and enable them to achieve all aspects of their apprenticeship including End Point Assessment.
- You will deliver up to Level 2 in Passenger Services and be confident to deliver all stages of the programme from initial engagement, meeting with prospective employers and learners, using a range of teaching methods and techniques to suit individual learners and deliver all aspects of the Apprenticeship provision
