Do you experience in an Administration role? Can you provide exceptional customer service? Are you able to confidently use MS Office including Word and Excel?

Supporting the Operations Manager and Contracts Managers you will be responsible for all administration processes relating to contract installations ensuring they are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Key duties will include:

  • Manage the installation work schedule to meet installation and revenue targets, while maximising efficiencies.
  • Monitor movement of job installations on work schedule liaising with the client, suppliers or subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient installation or escalate issues to the Contracts Manager as appropriate.
  • Ensure the work schedule is updated and accurately reflects current installations.
  • Receive job packs, check for accuracy and completeness or liaise with Sales team to verify job requirements.

This a is a junior role and would suit someone with approximately 6-12 months office based experience. You will have an engaging personality and a can-do attitude as well as being able to remain calm under pressure.
