Working for a well-established company based on the outskirts of Devizes you will be the first point of contact within the office and support with all administrative functions across the business.
The successful candidate will have either administration or customer service experience, be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing and it is essential you are extremely reliable.
You will have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to pick up new systems and procedures quickly. A professional and engaging manner is required as you will be the first point of contact for customers.
This role would suit a recent graduate or someone looking for their first permanent role after an apprenticeship.
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm and there will be the occasional work at the weekend.
Due to the office location it is essential you have access to your own transport.
