Management Information Coordinator

Permanent

Birmingham

£19000 per year

Full time 37.5 hours a week

An opportunity has arisen to work for a Prime provider in the Midlands as an MI Analyst

You will be responsible for the collation and dissemination of management information and overall management of the National Careers Service Contact Centre in the West Midlands

You will :

  • Produce high level, accurate analyses, and reports of management information for company and external use
  • Support the maintenance, audit and quality assurance of management information and individual customer records
  • Produce monthly reports on subcontractor performance to generate subcontractor invoice requests and to maintain systems to ensure accurate spend of National Careers Service funding

Ideally you will have the following experience and skills

  • Excellent IT skills including high level Excel; CRM Dynamics and other appropriate software
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High level of written communication and numeracy skills
