Trainer Assessor Health and Social care levels 2 and 3

Midlands area ( with travel )

Full time 37.5 hours per week

CMD Recruitment Ltd is supporting a National Provider who have a vacancy for a Learniing and Development Coach ( Assessor ) to deliver and assess Health and Social Care at levels 2 and 3

This is a role where you will work in and around the Midlands region visiting leaerners in the workplace.

Qualifications required for this role are :

TAQA, A1 or equivalent assessing qualification

NVQ leve 3 or above in Health and Social Care

A teaching qualificationat level 4 or above , CTTLLS, DTTLLS, PGCE or Cert Ed

A minimum of two years vocational experience in Health and Socail Care

You will manager and maintain a caseload of learners as agreed with your line manager and carry out regular learner visits and evidence Teaching Learning & Assessment of learners including progression against all learner aims


Provide support and coach learners through their Functional Skills - English, Maths and ICT

The role will require you to produce creative and innovative learning materials, deliver engaging and inspiring presentations and blended learning as required


You willbe required to meet the KPI target agreed at performance reviews on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and produce accurate and timely reports as agreed with your line manager based on your KPI's


You will work closely with IQA's on best practice, development needs and providing sampling, monitoring and OTLA
