My client, a prestigious manufacturer of bespoke and handmade products, require an enthusiastic and proactive Kiln Operator. Joining their established and friendly team, you will be self-motivated, have relevant experience within a similar role and work to the highest professional standard, at all times.

· Kiln management and loading
· Quality checking and stock rotation
· Product monitoring and statistic logging
· Adhoc warehouse and production duties
· Meeting order deadlines and company targets
· Working well confidently and independently
· Preparing, packing and despatching goods
· General housekeeping and maintenance
This is a physically demanding role and you must be prepared to work in a variation of climates. A keen eye for quality and detail are also essential requirements for this role.
The initial core working hours will be 8am to 4pm however, all applicants must be flexible, as this will revert to a rotating shift pattern after the initial training period. This will include working 4pm - Midnight, to ensure customer demands are met. There will also be a mandatory holiday period of 5th to 16th August, which is non-negotiable and essential to uphold production requirements.
