Internal Sales Negotiator
£21,000pa + Commission

Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Negotiator to join their fast-paced team to drive sales among the commercial and agricultural sectors.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will take inbound calls from customers and make outbound calls to increase sales as part of your daily routine.
Other duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage and develop commercial accounts
- Negotiating to win business and cross-selling associated products
- Proactively make outbound calls in order to develop relationships with new customers
- Take inbound calls from customers
- Liaising with internal employees and Suppliers
- Providing customers with costings
- Processing orders
- Report stock levels to customer
- Answering any customer queries
- Creating Sales Reports
- Using the in-house CRM system to update order status and pricings
In order to be a successful candidate for this role, you must have experience in a customer service role be goal orientated and keen to develop your career in Telesales and account management. You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate well between different members of the team, and with suppliers is a must. You should be able to work well with any part of their team, have a keen eye for detail and manage stakeholders to an effective level.
