Internal Sales Negotiator
£25,000 + bonus

My client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Outbound Customer Service Representative to join their Staines branch to focus on growing the business and ensuring the team is working to the highest standards.
- Actively make outbound calls to grow sales
- First point of contact for business transactions e.g. orders and service enquiries
- Liaison point between the Customers, BDM, Depots and Suppliers
- Taking inbound calls for existing and prospective customers
- Be able to cross sell products and services
- Processing customer orders and ensuring the highest standards throughout
- Making outbound calls to develop sales to existing and new customers
- Accurately input orders, prices and order confirmations on an in-house system
- Costing bulk deliveries for clients
- Provide accurate reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis
- Previous experience in a sales or call centre environment is essential
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- A team player able to work and support colleagues across the organisation
You will be an efficient worker, ensuring tasks are achieved within deadlines and to a high standard. You must have great customer service skills and a desire to deliver exceptional service throughout every step of your role. This role encompasses sales so previous sales experience is essential.
This role is working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
