Salary: £19,000 basic + uncapped commission OTE £38,000pa,

My client is looking for professional, customer/sales-focused individuals to join their team and help further grow and establish their business.

What does the job look like?
Our client's service is entirely telephone-based so to be successful you need a confident telephone manner and the ability to instill trust in the customers you work with.
You will manage relationships with multiple customers throughout the day, so you must be a competent multi-tasker who has strong organisational skills and be quick and accurate on a computer. You must also have a keen attention to detail, as accuracy in the work that you will be doing is essential.

You will:

  • Establish rapport with customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Carry out a variety of administrative tasks related to managing your customer accounts.
  • Have the ability to clearly explain solutions to customers and manage their expectations.
  • Meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Always comply with Financial Conduct Authority rules and regulations

What are they looking for from you?
No previous financial or insurance experience is necessary as full training will be provided but it will certainly help if you have experience in front-line sales and providing first-class customer service. Most of all, our client is looking for driven, self-motivated people, with great attitudes and great values and a genuine desire to achieve the best possible customer outcome!

Hours: Monday - Thursday from 10am to 6.30pm and Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Saturdays (work one in three) 10am to 2pm and then time off given in lieu (to be taken whenever you like!).
