Inside Sales and Customer Support Executive

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Our client, a highly established brand across Europe, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service professional in the capacity of an Inside Sales and Customer Support Executive to join their team. The successful applicant will provide customer support to their consumer client-base, ensuring the smooth running and growth of the business through increasing their sales volumes and strengthening their existing client base.

Responsibilities

Generating new appointments for the sales team - preparing presentations when required

Setting up new customers and processing their merchandising requirements

Maintaining the sales order process machine: processing and confirming orders, processing and confirming quotations, regular invoicing, handle stock and transport enquiries, etc

Handle inbound enquiries ensuring to maintain high standards of customer service

Ensuring the CRM system is consistently up to date

Assist in consolidating and building a nationwide network of Retailers

Receiving and handling inbound calls from end users in relation to general and technical product enquiries, providing advice, promoting the brand and products and arranging samples

Help the credit control function

Person Specification

The successful applicant will have a solid background in providing exceptional customer service

Previous experience of Netsuite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work under pressure

Ability to multitask

The successful candidate will be customer focused and a quick learner, as well as great attention to detail. You must have experience within Customer Service and Administration, candidates without this experience will not be considered.
