Have you gained at least 2 years general HR experience?
Do you have at least a CIPD Level 3 qualification?
Are you interested in working for a well established Charity?
Do you have your own transport?

Our client is a charity with a long history and a number of sites across Bristol and Somerset.
They now have an exciting opportunity within their HR team which would be perfect for an existing HR Adviser ready to take the next step in their career or a newly established HR Business Partner looking for their next challenge.

Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering and working within a personable team, you will be working closely with internal managers; building strong relationships and offering advice and guidance.

Candidate Specification;-
* CIPD Level 3 or above qualification.
* At least 2+ years previous HR experience.
* Must have your own transport due to occasional site visits.
* Some experience of advising managers on employment law.
