Temporary Assignment until the end of January

My client is currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy team in Devizes, where you will be supporting a small but very busy HR team.
- Answering inbound calls
- Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issues.
- Dealing with contracts of employment
- Responding to emails
- Updating and maintaining the database
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Provide support for recruitment.
- General administration
- Previous HR experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional but personable telephone manner
- Able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Due to the assignment starting shortly, candidates will need to be immediately available.
