ROLE: Finance Manager
LOCATION: Buckingham
SALARY: c.£50,000
HOURS: 8.00am - 5.00pm

Are you an experienced CIMA qualified Management Accountant / Finance Manager?
Have you worked within Manufacturing or Distribution?
Have you gained experience of managing and motivating a small Finance Department within an SME?

Our client is a well established and growing organisation dealing with interesting products.
They now have a need to recruit a Finance Manager to work closely with the Directors and provide management accounts and organisational support. This role will also see you take control of the company's stock, debtors and cash.

You will need to be an experienced management accounts professional who is looking to make a strong impact, working in-house for an innovative fast moving company.

Responsibilities will include;-
* Oversee all company accounts and investments.
* Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts.
* Manage cash flow.
* Supervise and manage the Finance Department.
* Motivate and lead the Finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.
* Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems including payroll and invoicing.
* Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
* Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
* Report to the board with timely and accurate financial information.

Candidate Specification;-
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
* You must be CIMA qualified.
* Skilled in Financial Reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Very good IT software skills.
* Experience of managing a team.
