Temporary Assignment for 4 weeks

Are you a strong Administrator, who is immediately available and seeking a temporary assignment on the outskirts of Bristol? Are you able to commit until mid-April? If so, then get in touch today!

Due to an increase in workload my client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their small but dedicated Finance Team located on the outskirts of Bristol. You will be supporting the team on a daily basis, ensuring that all administration documentation is processed correctly and within a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking telephone messages for the Finance Team
  • Opening and distributing internal and external post
  • Updating and maintaining the in-house database
  • Accurate and efficient filing of all finance documentation
  • Scan and photocopy documents as needed

Person specification:

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Able to work to deadlines

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (35 hours per week).

Due to the location of the client, having your own transport would be advantageous.

This temporary assignment is due to start ASAP; therefore, the successful candidate must be immediately available.
