Full Time OR Part-time
Are you confident with Excel? Are you methodical, organised with fantastic attention to detail? Then this could be the role for you.
We are looking for an Excel Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis. This position is likely to last 2 months. You will be working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm on either a full time or part-time basis, our client can be flexible.
- Extracting data from a variety of systems via exports
- Copying information into Excel and ensuring it's properly formatted
- Updating existing monthly reports
Key skills and experience:
- Attention to detail
- Good to High skill level in Excel
- Experience of Crystal Reports/Power BI/Tableau highly desirable
- Comfortable handling and manipulating quantities of data
- Comfortable working across multiple applications simultaneously
The successful candidate will be experienced within Excel, have a strong eye for detail and be a confident and personable individual. You should have a flexible approach to your work and be a team player who can think on your feet. Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise own workload is essential.
