Customer Service Executive (After Sales)

Do you possess previous Customer Service experience and preferably with After Sales?
Interested in joining a company within a very interesting industry?
Are you open to occasionally working weekends?!

Our client is looking for a resourceful, adaptable and confident individual to join their expanding customer service team. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction and meet the needs of customers in aftersales by providing support and help to gain successful resolutions to issues that arise.
The successful candidate must be friendly, patient and able to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team. You must be mentally resilient and have an appreciation for the emotive reactions of customers and how best to defuse situations that arise without escalating the situation further.

The company is expanding and therefore, there is an opportunity to progress within the organisation as they continue to grow!

Duties will include;-
* Answer emailed or telephone queries as they arrive in relation to aftersales or if needed general sales.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently.
* Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records on CRM system.
* Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
* Learn how to use internal computer systems to deliver great customer service.
* Work as part of a team to drive positive company results.

Candidate Specification;-
* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience and ideally within an aftersales environment.
* Willingness to work some weekends.
* Good IT skills.
* Own transport.
* Committed team player with a positive attitude.
