Customer Service Team Manager
£30000 - £35000 + bonus
Full Time & Permanent
37.5 hours/week Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 17:30 and Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Are you an experienced Team Manager? Can you demonstrate experience managing a varied workforce? Have you been involved in setting and achieving targets/KPIS?

Working to support the Senior Management team you will be responsible for leading a team of 7 ensuring customers receive best in class customer service as well as playing a leading role in the growth of the business and involvement in a variety of new and exciting projects.
- People Management - team of 7 including sales and customer service
- Managing the customer experience
- Reporting and setting KPIs
- A number of years' experience managing and developing large, multi-disciplinary sales and account management teams
- Demonstrable experience of hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Understanding of how to deliver great customer service
