Customer Service Executive (Web Sales)

Do you possess previous Customer Service / Sales Administration experience and preferably with Web Sales?
Interested in joining a company within a very interesting industry?

Our client is looking for a resourceful, adaptable, results driven and confident individual to join their expanding customer service team. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction and meet the needs of customers by providing support and help to gain sales either by phone or email, closing the incoming queries to sales through their website.
The successful candidate must be friendly, patient and able to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team. You must be mentally resilient and have an appreciation for all customer needs and demands.

The company is expanding and therefore, there is an opportunity to progress within the organisation as they continue to grow!

Duties will include;-
* Answer emailed or telephone queries as they arrive in relation to sales.
* Investigate and resolve customer questions to gain sales.
* Maintain thorough and accurate sales administration records on CRM system.
* Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
* Learn how to use internal computer systems to deliver great customer service.
* Help customers online to process their orders, register products warranties or claim any offers.
* Work as part of a team to drive positive company results.

Candidate Specification;-
* Minimum of 2 years customer service and sales administration experience.
* Willingness to work some weekends.
* Good IT skills.
* Own transport.
* Committed team player with a positive attitude.
