Temporary Assignment for 3 months

Do you have previous customer service experience? Are you looking to join a leading employer in Chippenham? If so, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

A fantastic temporary assignment has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join an expanding organisation in Chippenham. You will be working within a busy Customer Service department, where you will be following up on emails sent to customers, ensuring they are receiving the best price for their product.

Duties:

  • Liaising with existing customers via telephone
  • Resolving queries
  • Respond to customer emails
  • Updating and maintaining the in-house database
  • General administration

Person specification:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Experience of updating databases and able to keep accurate records
  • Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Due to this temporary assignment starting imminently, the successful candidate will need to be available immediately.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm (37.5 hours per week) and the odd Saturday 9am - 5pm (with a day off during the week) with 60 minutes for lunch.
