Customer Service Coordinator
Full time and Permanent
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours a week

Working for a growing and well established Chippenham based company the Customer Care Coordinator is responsibly for providing outstanding customer service whilst improving the internal functions. Key duties will include:
- Log and progress customer enquiries
- Process sales orders from customers, following the order through to delivery
- Update customers on any shipping or delivery issues
- Coordinate return requests
This is a fast-paced and varied role so the successful candidate must be unflappable, self motivated and be confident enough to suggest improvements within the team. It is essential that you have office based Customer Service skills, ideally working in a similar Customer Care Coordinator role, candidates without this experience will not be considered. Furthermore you must be a confident administrator who can work autonomously and who has demonstrable MS Office experience.
