Customer Service Administrator
Melksham

Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch

Working in a friendly, fast paced Sales office you will provide wide-ranging support to the Account Managers, key duties will include:

  • Proof reading artwork
  • Booking in customer orders
  • Liaising with the internal departments
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Administration

The successful candidate will be client focused, highly organised, with good communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner. You will be keen to learn you will also demonstrate an excellent eye for detail and be resilient under pressure, in order to deal with the variable workloads and deadlines that this position involves.

This is a great role for a junior candidate with some administration and customer service experience who is looking for the next step in their career. This is a fast paced, high pressure role therefore you must be able to manage multiple workloads as well as be unflappable. Candidates without this experience/background need not apply!
