Customer Service Administrator
Chippenham
£10 - £12/h
Temporary - could go permanent for the right candidate
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week

Working for a Chippenham based company the Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service. Key duties will include:

  • Log and progress customer enquiries
  • Process sales orders from customers, following the order through to delivery
  • Update customers on any shipping or delivery issues
  • Coordinate return requests

This is a fast-paced and varied role so the successful candidate must be unflappable and have office based Customer Service skills, candidates without this experience will not be considered. Furthermore you must be a confident administrator who can work autonomously and who has demonstrable MS Office experience.

This is an urgent requirement so you must be immdiately available to start work next week!
