£19500 - plus £750 travel allowance & another £250 if you travel by "green means"
Full Time & Permanent - 37.5 hours/week
Working on a 4 weekly shift pattern - earliest start time 8am latest finish time 7pm
Working 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm - with the following Friday off as a day in lieu
Are you educated to degree level? Can you demonstrate experience within a Customer Service environment? Are you a confident communicator both verbally as well as in writing who is happy to speak to customers on the phone?

Working as part of a busy Customer Care team you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional Customer Service to my clients Customers. Key duties will include:
- Owning customer queries through various forms of contact such as; phone, email and social media.
- Ensuring that you deliver excellent service, whilst also building and maintaining a trusting and supportive environment
- You'll work to continuously identify opportunities and make recommendations to enable the business to improve
As the successful candidate you will be a degree educated individual who perhaps is either just graduating or perhaps looking for their next step in their career. You will be a positive, self-motivated, driven person who is passionate about delivering exceptional service as well as being able to confidently use a variety of MS Office packages.
