Customer Account Manager

Melksham

£20000 - £23000 + OTE

Full Time & Permanent

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Are you currently working in a Customer Service/Sales Administrator or Account Manager role? Do you possess excellent administration skills? Can you demonstrate yourself as a confident communicator both verbally as well as in writing?

If you have answered YES then CMD have an exciting opportunity for you.

Working as a Customer Account Manager you will support the Field Sales team by providing a comprehensive administrative service as well as building and maintaining exceptional relationships. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your key duties will include:

  • Request quotations from external suppliers and ensure all details are correct
  • Prepare the quotation pack for internal checks and make any requested amendments
  • Collate the Customer plan and quotation pack
  • Support field-based Consultants with their forecasting and pipeline management
  • Actively manage all quotes within your specified area
  • Prepare job packs for the Operations team once an order has been placed by the Customer

As the successful candidate you will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and be able to work well both as part of a team and individually. You will have demonstrable experience within a similar Account Management/Sales Administration position with a positive and friendly outlook.
