Working as part of my clients small but busy finance team based in Swindon, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a number of ledgers and supporting other departments to ensure an exceptional service is provided. Key duties will include:
- Ensuring queries are dealt with promptly and payment received
- Managing the assigned ledgers which will include B2B and B2C accounts
- Reducing the aged debt and collecting current debt as per the terms of contract
- Making sure queries are escalated to the relevant dept. and assistance given where needed to ensure prompt resolution.
The successful candidate will need extensive experience in credit control and be able to demonstrate an effective confident telephone manner, and have the ability to adapt to all situations as they are arise. It is key that you thrive in a target driven environment and can demonstrate resilience, and a desire to succeed.
