Client Services Executive

Up to £22,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Client Services Executive? Can you demonstrate a background in providing exceptional Customer Service? Are you a team player who is accurate and able to multi-task? If so, we want to hear from you!

My client who is a fast- growing independent provider of finance facilities to the SME sector, is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their friendly and diverse team. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of client service, requesting and processing client information, and monitoring and administering client funding.


  • Liaising with clients to ensure that an excellent relationship is always established and maintained with clients and their staff.
  • Monitor and raise any risk or service issues to the client management team.
  • Promote group products and additional services to clients and prospective clients.
  • Provide daily administration assistance to clients and colleagues.
  • Assist and support Management Team and New Business with the introduction of new clients.

Person Specification

  • Professional approach to clients, external contacts and staff either face to face or telephone.
  • Good administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant ABFA/UK Finance qualification - Foundation

The successful candidate will be well organised, have great attention to detail, and ahow initiative. You must be driven to deliver to excellent customer service and have the courage to make decisions and solutions.
