JOB TITLE: Case Manager

SALARY: £17,500 + numerous company benefits


JOB TYPE: Full-time and permanent

Due to continued growth and internal promotion, talented and enthusiastic Case Managers are required to provide administrative support to an award-winning, forward thinking mortgage company based in the heart of the beautiful city of Bath.

As a Case Manager you will play an important role in the process of helping customers make their property ambitions become a reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of mortgage administration, including chasing lenders and third parties, completing diligence checks and reviewing and processing documents
  • Update and liaise with clients and advisers as their mortgage applications progress
  • Administer and progress mortgage applications efficiently and with attention to detail
