Are you an experienced Bookkeeper/Account Manager? Do you thrive in an environment where you can work autonomously and make a role your own? Can you demonstrate confidence using SAGE50 and Excel?

If you have answered YES then CMD have an exciting opportunity for you!

Working as part of a small yet busy team you will be the main point of contact for all things finance. With line management of 2 people your key duties will include:

  • Payroll / Pensions
  • Submitting Quarterly VAT returns
  • Sales invoicing - Preparing and Making sure all sales invoices go out on time at the EOM
  • Processing and paying suppliers (purchase invoices)
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Preparing P/L at end of Month for review by directors and preparing Y/E Accounts for submission to Accountants.

The successful candidate will be a well experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager, who is really looking to make the role their own. You will have excellent attention to detail as well exceptionally strong numeracy skills. It is essential that you are a committed and loyal individual who wants to work as part of a team to drive business success. Although not essential candidates with their AAT qualification would be of great interest to the client.
