Billing/Finance Administrator

Monday - Friday - 8:30am-5:00pm

Have you got experience with managing numerical data? Do you have a background in finance/billings/utilities? Can you confidently use Excel? Are you an experienced administrator?

If you have answered YES then CMD have a great opportunity for you!

Working as part of the Billings Team you will ensure that customers receive their bills accurately and on time. Your key duties will include:

  • Completing daily billing tasks
  • Reporting on workloads
  • Complete all tasks within KPIs
  • Analyse accounts that haven't billed to diagnose and resolve
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for the customer
  • Accurately calculate bill charges manually when required

The successful candidate will have a background in administration, be confident with numbers and will be able to demonstrate experience working in a similar billings/finance role. You will be a confident user of MS Office especially Excel, be able to analyse and manipulate data as well as being extremely customer focused.
