My client is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team. You will be working in collaboration with various employees across the business to provide administrative support including collating researching, preparing paperwork and submitting online applications.
- Answering telephone queries and dealing with client questions
- Maintain and update information on the company system
- Producing reporting and liaising with clients and providers in both written and verbal communications
- Prepare paperwork and general administrative duties
- Ability to manage own time and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience within an administrative position
- Sound computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, with the ability to work with all types of people. You should have good organisational skills and will be an efficient worker to ensure contractual obligations are met.
