Administration Executive

Our well-established client is looking for a Contracts Executive to join their busy team based in Royal Wootton Bassett. You will be responsible in assisting with procurement and management of the operational portfolio of worldwide contracts. This will be achieved through maintaining and developing international relationships.
Other Duties will include:
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure that the customer journey is not compromised through the buying of ground elements that are ‘below quality standards’
  • Creating and managing the annual brief
  • Control fixed allocation contracting brief
  • Collect data
  • Competitor analysis
  • Ensure legal team are aligned with new supplier agreements
  • Support familiarisation trips
  • Review escalation issues
  • Develop supplier relationships
  • Highlight low / high stock levels requiring action
 
The ideal candidate will have previous experience related to the role or have graduated with a STEM related degree who has the aspiration to start a long-term career. Strong administration skills including excel is essential.
