£19000 per annum rising to £19250
37.5 hours/week - shift pattern working between 8am - 8pm and working 1 Saturday in 6 (8am - 1pm)
£750 travel allowance plus a further £250 if commuting to work via “green” means + 25 Days Holiday – (plus Bank Holidays) + pension

Working for a well known company based in Central Chippenham you will be responsible for providing an exceptional service to all customers. Key duties will include:
- Answering customer queries through phone, email and web/digital channels
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Continuously developing your knowledge relating to the industry
- Increasingly delivering an excellent sales service to Good Energy customers, through the effective promotion of appropriate cross-sell and up-sell offers
