Full Time (Part Time Considered)
£20,000 - £25,000
CMD Bath are delighted to be working with a leading legal firm based in the city as they look to add to the administrative team that provides vital legal support services within their organisation. 
This is a busy and varied role and you will be expected to adapt and be flexible where required, however, duties will typically be to:
  • Manage official correspondence
  • Set up new cases
  • Liaise with attorneys 
  • Look after the office diary reminder system
  • Liaising with external providers
The successful candidate will:
  • Boast extensive experience in a similar role
  • Thrive as part of a team yet be resourceful enough to work independently when needed
  • Possess strong problem solving and IT skills
  • Ideally have knowledge of patent, trade mark and design procedures and fees
