Our client is looking for a Telesales Associate to join their expanding sales team to drive sales within the department as well as fostering client relationships, following-up on leads and developing their own portfolio of accounts.
The candidate will be working within a challenging yet rewarding part of the business, with the bonus of excellent incentives and employee benefits.
The role will involve building and developing a prospect database, alongside admin tasks including tracking and recording all contact with leads and any conversations with customers. Due to this, the ideal candidate should be comfortable using a CRM. You will be expected to work to KPIs and achieve their agreed conversion rates and SLA requirements.
You will not be thrown in at the deep end as the client offer an excellent training and induction package which will involve optimising new business by effectively managing your account, whilst getting to grips with any other new responsibilities. Beyond this, you will be expected to achieve your monthly volume and revenue targets.
Ideally for this role you will be confident in creating strong relationships by effectively communicating with your prospects, team members and current customers. Tenacity and resilience are both crucial to the role and the candidate will need a strong determination to get to the heart of any problem. You will need to be driven, upbeat and motivated to exceed your targets and assist people with any problem.
