ICT Tutor 
One position in Bournemeouth 
35 hours a wekk Monday to Friday 
£ 25000 per annum 
Temp tp perm  ( initial 12 weeks assignment ) 

CMD Recruitment are recruiting for a UK registered Charity  who are working in the Dorset area. The Charity is  committed to providing quality employment services to disadvantaged members of the community through a range of programmes within the Welfare to Work sector

A  vacancy  exist for an ICT Tutor  in Bournemouth 

Initially this is a 12 week temporary assignment but is likely to go permanent afer that period 

My client is recruiting a competent ICT Tutor who will have responsibility for the development and delivery of ICT Qualifications, on a European Social Funded Project in conjunction with the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund on the Building Better Opportunities in Dorset.

Job Purpose
  • To work towards and achieve targets  relating to all aspects of the Foundation Learning and Study Programme frameworks, by delivering ICT qualifications to learners on the UCan Project
  • Development and Preparation of the Basic Skills Delivery for the UCan Project

Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve company KPI’s and Individual Performance
  • Plan individual learning to meet learner needs and ensure lesson plans are prepared prior to learners attending and are linked to overarching Schemes of work 
  • Create conditions in the training centre(s) which will help to develop the abilities, skill and confidence of each learner

The ideal candidate will have rhe following skills and experience : 

  • Excellent IT skills using the full range of Microsoft Office
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with Management
  • Drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of achieving desired outcomes and a demonstrated ability to exceed targets
  • The ability to oversee robust processes and controls
  • Highly developed planning, coordination, administration, organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrate sound judgement and composure, and the confidence to provide feedback
  • Reliable, dependent and committed, holding personal values appropriate to the charitable status of the organisation
  • Hold a minimum of Level 2 in ICT
  • Hold a Level 3 training qualification or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent attention to detail
