Telemarketing Representative B2B
Hourly Rate: £10.00ph + uncapped commission
Location: Bradford on Avon
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9am to 4.00pm
Job Type: Temporary on-going opportunity with the possibility to become permanent for the right candidate
We are working on behalf of our client who are a telemarketing agency that specialises in working with information technology companies.
We are looking for a Telemarketing Representative who will be part of a team responsible for developing sales leads and booking appointments. This role comes with a competitive salary, a great commission structure and the opportunity to work in a dynamic working environment.
About the role
On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
- Making calls to companies (Outbound calls)
- Arranging sales appointments
- Update information in the CRM system
- Working towards targets
- Monitoring and achieving KPIs
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Telemarketing Representative with a strong track record of achieving targets, preferably in a business to business (B2B) sales environment.
Here is a quick tick list for the other skills we are looking for:
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and call handling
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Strong IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the use of CRM systems
- Good organisation and planning abilities
- Experience in a call centre environment would be an advantage
