Working as part of the Payments and Refunds team you will be responsible for providing refunds and payments to supply customers and administering the Feed-In Tariff (FiT) payments to generators. Key duties will include:
- Cheque production
- Creation of BACS files and daily Direct Debit files
- Processing failed and unallocated payments
- Maintaining customers’ bank details
- Dealing with customers’ payment queries by phone and email
- Any other account administration
