Payments & Refunds Administrator
Full time & Permanent
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Working as part of the Payments and Refunds team you will be responsible for providing refunds and payments to supply customers and administering the Feed-In Tariff (FiT) payments to generators. Key duties will include:
  • Cheque production
  • Creation of BACS files and daily Direct Debit files
  • Processing failed and unallocated payments
  • Maintaining customers’ bank details
  • Dealing with customers’ payment queries by phone and email
  • Any other account administration
The successful candidate will have fantastic customer service experience and a solid background within administration as well as the ability to work in a fast paced team environment. You will be highly numerate with an excellent eye for detail as well as being able to juggle a varied workload.
