Customer Accounts Administrator

Full Time & Permanent - 37.5  Hours/Week
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Are you an experienced Administrator? Are you passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service? Are you accurate with strong attention to detail?

Working as part of highly focused team your key duties will include:
  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Accurate data entry
  • Ensuring that data is compliant
  • Manage and resolve complex technical queries 
To be successful in this role you will be customer focused and committed to delivering excellent service in a fast paced, complex environment as well as having a confident telephone manner both verbally and in writing. You will be accurate, have strong time management skills and be analytical. Candidates must have excellent administrative skills which can be demonstrated on their CV as well as the ability work in a fast paced, high pressure role.
