Customer Service Administrator
Full time & Permanent
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch

Working in a friendly, fast paced Sales office you will provide wide-ranging support to two Account Managers, key duties will include:
  • Proof reading artwork
  • Booking in customer orders
  • Liaising with the internal departments
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Administration 
The successful candidate will be client focused, someone who is highly organised, with good communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner as you will have regular contact with clients and suppliers. You will be keen to learn you will also demonstrate an excellent eye for detail and be resilient under pressure, in order to deal with the variable workloads and deadlines that this position involves. Ideally you will have a mix of administration and customer service experience within a fast paced environment, candidates without this need not apply. This is a fast paced, high pressure role therefore you must be able to manage multiple workloads as well as be unflappable.
