On-going Temporary Assignment 

Are you an experienced Administrator? Are you immediately available and seeking a new assignment in Chippenham? If the answer is YES, then this could be the temporary opportunity for you!

My client is currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy team in Chippenham, where you will be supporting a small but very busy HR team.

Duties:
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Managing the recruitment inbox
  • Responding to emails
  • Updating and maintaining the database
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • General administration
Person Specification:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional but personable telephone manner
  • Able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
