Sales Call Handler

The Company

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for exceptional Customer Service people to join our clients rapidly growing team based in central Bath.

The Role

Working within a vibrant, fast paced role, you will be responsible for dealing with inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing an excellent customer experience on every call.

Hours of work are as follows:

Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:30, 2 x Late shifts 11:30 – 20:00 and 1 Sat/Sun in 3.

Salary: £17,000pa

The Successful Candidate

To join this fun and energetic team all you need is a passion for great customer service, good communication skills, be self-motivated with a great personality and have the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience of working in a similar environment is not necessary, though you will need to demonstrate a good standard of education, excellent attention to detail, enjoy talking to customers on the phone and most important is the need to demonstrate professionalism in everything you do.
