Customer Care Advisor
Full Time & Permanent
Shift pattern working between 8am - 8pm and working 1 Saturday in 6 (8am - 1pm)
Have you got experience within a Customer Service environment? Are you confident handling customer complaints? Can you liaise with customers both verbally as well as in writing in a professional and articulate manner?
If you have answered YES then CMD have a great full time and permanent opportunity for you!
Working as part of a busy Customer Service team your key duties will include:
- Answering customer queries via phone, email and digital methods
- Working to set targets and developing your knowledge of the industry
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Deal with customer complaints and where necessary escalate any issues
It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate experience within a similar customer service role, ideally in an office based environment but candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered. You must be positive, motivated and driven with a desire to provide a first class customer service experience. You will be a confident communicator both verbally as well as in writing, have a passion for people and be able to use MS Office.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a Telephone Pre-Screen with CMD before being submitted. If successful you will then be invited to an Assessment Centre at our client's site.
